Customer has a great suggestion. We appreciate all comments.

When the first invoice was sent, a customer information sheet was sent with it. I would recommend that the customer info sheet be sent with the original package upon acceptance of the quote.

Thanks to our customer for this suggestion.  We send this information package with the first invoice where we felt it would make more sense to the builder.  We will consider your suggestion for future.  Unfortunately you did not put your name or job address on the survey so we are unable to send you the Tim Card.
